Our Terms & Conditions :

1) Introfie always owns the copyright of the software. The client is the owner of the data of the software. The client will only use the software under a service agreement.

2) The client will provide all kinds of real content, Like Logo, Banner Images, Other Images, and Text content. Introfie. will use all kinds of non-company-specific images, Visual Effects, and Animation-related designs. The client will provide company-specific raw images and necessary raw information to create appropriate content.

3) The client will provide all types of required hardware equipment or devices.

4) The client will bear all types of costs for Third-Party API and any other Value-Added Services like Payment Gateway, SMS Service, Email Service, Live Chat, and so on.

5) If the client hosts the software and database in their own server, then they (the client) will take responsibility for data security and database backup and keep it in a safe place regularly. On the other hand, mate Introfie will be responsible for all types of data security and will keep a weekly basis database backup that hosts the software and database in their own server, then they (UITS) will take the responsibility for taking data backup and keep in a safe place regularly.

6) Client will expense the charges of Domain Registration, Real IP, and hosting charges

শর্তাবলী :

1) ইন্ট্রোপি কতৃক কপিরাইট স্বত্বটি সবর্দা সংরক্ষিত । গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র একটি সেবা চুক্তির অধীনে সফটওয়্যারের ডাটা ব্যবহারের অধিকার প্রাপ্ত হইবে।

2) গ্রাহক সব রকমের লোগো, ব্যানার কিংবা অন্যান্য ছবি, এবং কনটেন্ট প্রদান করিবে। ইন্ট্রোপি সব ধরনের নন-কোম্পানি ছবি, ভিজ্যুয়াল ইফেক্ট এবং অ্যানিমেশন-সম্পর্কিত ডিজাইন ব্যবহার করিবে।

3) গ্রাহক তৃতীয় পক্ষ কতৃক সরবরাহকৃত API এবং পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, এসএমএস/ইমেল সার্ভিস, লাইভ চ্যাট ইত্যাদি যেকোন মূল্য সংযোজন সার্ভিসগুলির জন্য সব ধরণের খরচ বহন করিবে৷

4) গ্রাহক সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের জন্য সকল ধরণের প্রযোজ্য যন্ত্রপাতি সরবরাহ করবে।

5) যদি গ্রাহক তাদের নিজস্ব সার্ভারে সফটওয়্যার এবং ডাটাবেস সংরক্ষণ করে, তাহলে ডেটা সুরক্ষা এবং ডাটাবেস ব্যাকআপের সকল প্রকার দায়-দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের উপর অপির্ত হইবে এবং নিয়মিত ডেটা ব্যাকআপ সংরক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করিবে। অপরপক্ষে, ইন্ট্রোপি যদি গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে সব ধরনের ডাটাবেস ব্যাকআপের দায়িত্ব নিয়ে থাকে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে কতৃপক্ষ তাদের নিজস্ব ব্যবস্থপনায় ডাটাবেস সংরক্ষণ করিবে।

6) গ্রাহক ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন, রিয়েল আইপি এবং হোস্টিং চার্জ বাবদ সকল মূল্য পরিশোধ করিবে।

7) ইন্ট্রোপি সফটওয়্যার আপগ্রেড বা মোডিফিকেশনের প্রয়োজনে সাময়িক সময়ের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে সার্ভিসগুলি স্থগিত করার অধিকার রাখে। সফটওয়্যার সেবা পুনরায় চালু হলে গ্রাহককে যথাযথ মাধ্যমে (ই-মেইল, ফোন) জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে।

8) ইন্ট্রোপি যেকোনো সময় সার্ভিস প্যাকেজের মূল্য কিংবা চুক্তিপত্রের কোনো শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন/পরিমার্জন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষন করে। যদি কোন সরকারী বিধিমালার কারণে উক্ত পরিবর্তনগুলো হয়ে থাকে, তবে সেক্ষেত্রে নোটিফিকেশন প্রদান করা প্রযোজ্য নহে। প্রাইভেসি পলিসি – ইন্ট্রোপি।
